we have a block of rooms reserved here under ashforth-garrett. you will need to call the hotel to use the blocked rooms (unfortunately, you cannot do it online). if you have any special requests, please call tuesday - thursday and ask for shayla to coordinate. rooms go fast, so be sure to book your room as soon as possible.

we will have shuttles for activities on friday and saturday leaving from both the murray hotel and home2 suites.

If you are planning on staying longer and would like to take advantage of adding pre/post dates at the group rate, you will need to make the reservation for at least one of main nights on the link below first (August 6, 7 or 8).

After you make your reservation, you can contact Carrie Johnson at carrie.johnson@hilton.com or 520-262-3375 with your confirmation number and the dates you would like to add, and she can modify the reservation from there.
